HR Executive – Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good written and spoken English skills
